Evidence & BEYOND is a locally rooted, globally engaged consultancy advancing evidence-informed solutions that strengthen systems and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities.

We design and conduct high-quality research, evaluations, and documentation initiatives that generate credible, actionable evidence.

We work alongside governments and partners to strengthen the use of research evidence and practice-based knowledge in shaping policies, standards, and frameworks that are effective and sustainable.

We equip frontline actors and institutions with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship needed to design, deliver, and expand effective violence prevention and social development initiatives.
Evidence & BEYOND is more than a consultancy. We are a purpose-driven partner rooted in Africa and grounded in evidence. We bridge research and real-world practice, working alongside practitioners, NGOs, governments, the private sector, and donors to design solutions that work in context and endure beyond project cycles. By combining rigorous evidence with lived experience and local insight, we turn knowledge into action that strengthens systems and drives lasting change.
We bring together research evidence, practice-based knowledge, and lived experience to help partners design interventions that deliver measurable and lasting results.
Our work starts with people and places. We draw on community knowledge and local realities to design approaches that fit context and create genuine ownership.
Change is stronger when it is collective. We work hand in hand with governments, practitioners, and communities to strengthen systems and scale what works.
We build capacity and embed learning so that progress endures, equipping organisations with the skills, tools, and evidence to continue driving impact long after our support ends.
Our strength lies in how we work. We believe lasting change comes from co- creation with partners, not from top-down solutions. The illustration below shows the five core elements of our approach:
