While our approach can be applied across many sectors, we have developed deep expertise in three areas where evidence-informed decision-making has the greatest potential to improve systems, strengthen practice and create lasting impact.

Violence Prevention

We support organisations working to prevent and respond to violence across the life course and in diverse settings. Our experience spans violence against children, violence against women, school-related violence and workplace violence, helping partners strengthen policies, programmes and systems that create safer environments for all.

School-Related Violence Prevention

Violence in and around schools can undermine children’s safety, wellbeing, participation and learning. We advance evidence-informed, whole-school approaches that strengthen coordinated action among learners, teachers, school leaders, families, communities and education systems to create safer and more nurturing learning environments.

Violence Against Women

Violence against women is rooted in unequal power, harmful social norms and wider structural inequalities. We strengthen evidence-informed prevention approaches that promote women’s safety and dignity, address the drivers of violence and improve programmes, policies and systems.

Parenting and Family Strengthening

Parents and caregivers play a central role in children’s safety, development and wellbeing. We strengthen evidence-informed parenting approaches that promote nurturing relationships, positive discipline and supportive family environments while addressing practices and pressures that increase the risk of violence.

Workplace Gender-Based Violence

Gender-based violence and harassment in the workplace affect safety, dignity, equality and participation. We strengthen evidence-informed approaches that help organisations prevent and respond to violence and harassment through safer workplace cultures, effective policies and accountable systems.

Knowledge Translation & Evidence Uptake

We help organisations maximise the value of research and learning by ensuring it informs decisions, policy and practice. From generating and synthesising evidence to strengthening research uptake and organisational learning, we support partners to move knowledge beyond reports and into meaningful action.
